1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Drugwars.online ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Drugwars.online is a free-to-play browser-based game inspired by the classic Drug Wars (1984) by John E. Dell. The game is entirely fictional and intended solely for entertainment purposes. No real drugs, money, or illegal activity is involved. The game depicts fictional drug trading for entertainment only. No endorsement of illegal activity is intended or implied.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Site. If you are in a jurisdiction where a higher minimum age applies, you must comply with your local requirements. By using the Site, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under 16 to create accounts.

4. ACCOUNTS

You may play as a guest without an account. Registering is optional and allows you to save scores and appear on the leaderboard. You may register with an email and password or by signing in with Google. When you sign in with Google, we create an account using your Google display name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to cheating, exploiting bugs, circumventing game mechanics, or any attempt to manipulate scores or game state through unauthorized means.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, use automation, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site's code, design, and assets are the property of the Site operator. The original Drug Wars game concept is credited to John E. Dell (1984). All trademarks and trade names referenced are the property of their respective owners.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Small claims court actions are excluded from the arbitration requirement.
